Description
The purpose of the Request for Best Value Proposals (RFP) is to solicit online proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiations for the purchse of the continued implementation of the youth engagement/colunteerism/advocacy initiatives by the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (aslo referred to herein as the Purchasing Agency). This could include, but not be limited to:training of high school youth to be effective advocates, the management and retention of youth advocates, the scheduling and managing of events, and the development of new tobacco and obesity prevention initiatives for yout to implement within their community. This solicitation is using Best Value procurement procedures.
