The project is partially funded through the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).</p><p>This project involves renovating a section of Washington Street being a two-lane collector roadway between N. Dixie Highway and Riverside Drive for approximately 1,766 LF. The improvements include roadway re-surfacing, drainage and storm sewers, 7&rsquo; wide sidewalks, signage &amp; striping, lighting, landscaping, and streetscape items to make it more appealing, and replacing NSBU water main along with all corresponding services.</p><p>The awarded firm shall be responsible to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection Services associated with roadway improvements.&nbsp; The firm must have engineers, inspectors, and any other required professional personnel that is necessary to complete the various services for this project.&nbsp; The prime consultant must have a valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) License and prequalified to fulfill the FDOT Rule 14-75 qualifications requirements for Group 10 CEI.&nbsp; The Prime Consultant or their Sub-consultants must be FDOT prequalified for 10.1: Roadway CEI, 10.3: Construction Materials Inspection.</p><p>The awarded firm will also provide the watermain inspection for this project.&nbsp; The electrical inspection will be provided by the City of New Smyrna Beach Utility Commission (NSBU) internal staff.</p><p>Sealed Proposals shall be received via the City's eProcurement Portal found at&nbsp;<a href=\"https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnsb\">https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnsb</a><a href=\"https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnsb\">.</a>&nbsp; Proposals received after the designated time will not be allowed on the City's e-Procurement Portal.&nbsp;</p>",
