Description

The Project proposes to install a new magnetic flow meter on the Valero Refinery water supply pipeline. The work includes installation of 14, 18 and 20 inch steel water pipe, appurtenant valves and fittings, traffic bollards and other site improvements, and electrical wiring to tie the meter into the City of Benicia SCADA system. The new piping will intertie with existing piping at the pump station. Proposers should refer to the Project Manual, attached here as Attachment B, for a further description of the Project, including but not limited to Project proposal requirements and procedures.
