Hidalgo County is seeking to enter into a contract with a Vendor who has experience in Colonia Needs Assessment planning services which include collecting, organizing, analyzing data to identify Colonia communities in Hidalgo County to promote the development of more viable communities within Hidalgo County. The Vendor shall conduct a needs assessment of all Colonia’s in Hidalgo County.
