Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide and install a turn-key, grid-tied photovoltaic system for the Loudoun County Youth Shelter (LCYS) located at 16450 Meadowview Court in Leesburg, Virginia (the “Solar Contractor”). The photovoltaic system will be installed on two buildings – one is existing and the other is under construction and not scheduled for completion until the summer of 2011.
