Description
The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking a Social Content Strategy and Moderation partner for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive digital and social content strategy. The selected business will be responsible for building and maintaining Ontario International Airport's (ONT) digital and social content strategy, including social media, email, and website content. This includes providing examples of past work in content creation for various platforms, developing a detailed influencer collaboration plan, and demonstrating the ability to manage and report on social media performance using tools such as Sprout Social. Additionally, the vendor will need to create a moderation schedule for proactive post moderation and develop a crisis management plan outlining tools and strategies for emergency communication. The ideal business should hold relevant certifications in social media management and digital marketing and be proficient in using industry-standard tools for content creation, analytics, and project management. The business must adhere to ONT's brand standards and demonstrate a well-defined quality assurance process for content review and approval. They should also have a proven track record in influencer management, including identifying, vetting, and contracting social media influencers, and providing strategic content partnerships that align with ONT's brand values and marketing objectives.
