The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking to enter into a five (5) year Agreement with a responsive and responsible vendor to establish a firm, fixed-price agreement with one (1) qualified source, to provide all labor, materials and equipment needed to maintain all compressors as recommended by the manufactures maintenance schedule (using only OEM parts and filters) and perform quarterly air quality testing to Grade E by a certified laboratory that is complaint with NEPA 1986 on air compress for the Norfolk Fire Rescue and other City Departments as requested, in accordance with all terms, condition and specifications of this solicitation
