Fairfax County seeks to established a contract for Proposal (RFP) Joint Development solicitation (JDS) is to enter into a Public-Private Partnership contract with a qualified firm for the provision of the Springfield CBC Park-and-Ride faciklity in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP; and, in compliance with the County's Policy for the implementation of the Public-Private Education Ficilities and infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA), adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 24, 2003, as amended.
