Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to perform restoration services to the exterior stairway and the portico¿s paved surface of the County Historic Courthouse. This work includes but is not limited to the erection of temporary construction fencing, the demolition and reconstruction of the stairway¿s two stone caps and wing walls re-using existing historic brick and stone, the removal and replacement of the existing slate step blocks, stair railings the examination and evaluation of all associated footers, and the removal and replacement of the concrete slab at portico as per the project plans. The Historic Courthouse Building is located at 18 Market Street E, Leesburg, VA 20176.
