Description
The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) is to obtain the services of a qualified general contractor to construct the Claude Moore Park Trail Improvements Project (the “project”). Claude Moore Park (the “park”) is located east of Cascades Parkway and north of West Church Road in Sterling, Virginia on the parcel identified by Parcel Identification Number (“PIN”) 021358640000. The project consists of approximately 5,600 lineal feet of 8 foot wide asphalt trail with an additional 1,400 lineal feet (approximation) of 5 foot wide gravel trail within the park boundaries. Various other site improvements as outlined in the Contract Documents are included in this bid.
