The Town of Blackstone is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for hand tools and attachments. A detailed specification of the proposed items can be found attached and is available at the Blackstone Area Bus System located at 101 BABS Lane, Blackstone, VA. The specifications may also be requested from the Transit Director at joshua.worrell@blackstonebus.com or (434) 292-3025. Sealed bids shall be received at the Blackstone Area Bus System office until 3:00 p.m., September 18th, 2019, at which time all properly submitted sealed bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Blackstone reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
