Description

The City of West Sacramento will be receiving bids for construction and installation of two gates at the Rodeway Inn, West Sacramento, CA. This project is fully funded by the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG-CV), federal funding administered by the State of California. All project work must meet all applicable codes. Each firm that provides a bid must be able to: ● Provide Builders Risk, General Liability and Performance Bonding for their bid. ● Warranty all labor and material for a minimum of 1 year and meet generally accepted construction quality standards. ● Cooperate with the documentation requirements of the City of West Sacramento and the federal ESG-CV program administered by the State of California. ● Be a Licensed contractor with the State of California in good standing. ● Be able to comply with the requirements of project funding source. ● Have sufficient bonding for the contract amount. Bidders to this project shall follow the "Instructions to Bidders" section 1-4 in the Attachments. Each Bid must conform and be responsive to this notice and shall be submitted through the City’s ProcureNow system at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/cityofwestsacramento.
