The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department invites bids from manufacturers and qualified suppliers for the provision of liquid immersed utility power transformers. The City of Pasadena intends to purchase four (4) transformers as part of the Fair Oaks Unit Substation project. The technical specification is intended to cover substation type transformers/autotransformers installed at altitudes less than 3000 feet above sea level, in the range of 5 to 50 MVA base rating and 69 kV & below high side voltages.
