One Arroyo Trail Demonstration Project involves various trail improvements divided into two separate areas, referred to as the Upper Loop Trail and Lower Loop Trail. The purpose of the Project is to provide safer, more accessible, and more contiguous routes through the Arroyo Seco by (1) rehabilitating existing trails through stabilization of deteriorated trail segments and improvements to trail features and (2) connecting segments of existing trail alignments.
