All proposals shall be provided net of broker commissions. The City reserves the right to award to a single firm or multiple firms.</p><p>The City will consider awarding the components of this RFP independently. &nbsp;Therefore, Offerors may choose to provide a proposal for the following components:</p><ol><li>Combined dental and vision proposals.</li><li>Dental only - Complete applicable sections of the RFP.</li><li>Vision only - Complete applicable sections of the RFP.</li></ol>",
