Bids received after the opening date and time will not be considered.</li><li>A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for all interested parties will be held on Microsoft Teams on Monday, November &nbsp;24, 2025, at 11:00 am. A link will be posted on OpenGov Procurement with the meeting link.</li><li>A non-mandatory field visit for all interested parties will be held on<strong> <!--StartFragment--><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM, starting at First Colony Water Plant</span>.</span></strong></li><li><p>Questions regarding this bid must be received <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>on or before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2025</strong></span>. Please post all questions to OpenGov Procurement. Necessary replies will be issued to bidders of records as addenda, which become part of the bidding instruments. Oral instructions do not form a part of the bidding instruments.</p></li></ul><p><em>Note: </em></p><ul><li style=\"font-style: italic;\"><em>Contact with any personnel of the City other than as authorized in this Invitation to Bid, regarding this Invitation to Bid, may be grounds for elimination from the selection process.</em></li><li style=\"font-style: italic;\"><em>The City does not assume responsibility for not receiving questions from the Bidder or the Bidders&rsquo; receipt of any answers, addenda, or amendments.</em></li></ul><p><strong>THE SELECTED BIDDER(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO THE CITY OF SUGAR LAND STANDARD CONTRACT FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN THE MINIMUM INSURANCE COVERAGES REQUIRED UNDER THE CONTRACT.
