Description
Over the last several years, the vacancy rate for general office and medical office space in Queen Creek has remained quite low. As the Town continues to grow, the need for general services is increasing and there are very limited opportunities for businesses to rent or lease office space in the Town. The Town of Queen Creek desires to work cooperatively with a qualified development team that has experience designing, entitling, financing, constructing, managing and leasing commercial/medical office buildings. In addition, the Town may consider low-intensity retail and/or restaurants uses on this site. The Town will not consider development based upon non-commercial uses. Site: The site is comprised of three separate parcels located south of the southwest corner of Ocotillo Road and Ellsworth Loop Road (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers APN 304-67-009M, APN 304-67-056C and APN 304-67-925 (collectively, the “Site”)). All three parcels assembled together are approximately 2-acres and zoned C-2. The Site is located directly north of the United States Post Office building on Ellsworth Loop Road, is currently vacant, and is within the Town’s Redevelopment Area.
