As the Town continues to grow, the need for general services is increasing and there are very limited opportunities for businesses to rent or lease office space in the Town.</p><p>The Town of Queen Creek desires to work cooperatively with a qualified development team that has experience designing, entitling, financing, constructing, managing and leasing commercial/medical office buildings.</p><p>In addition, the Town may consider low-intensity retail and/or restaurants uses on this site. The Town will not consider development based upon non-commercial uses.</p><p>Site: The site is comprised of three separate parcels located south of the southwest corner of Ocotillo Road and Ellsworth Loop Road (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers APN 304-67-009M, APN 304-67-056C and APN 304-67-925 (collectively, the “Site”)). All three parcels assembled together are approximately 2-acres and zoned C-2. The Site is located directly north of the United States Post Office building on Ellsworth Loop Road, is currently vacant, and is within the Town’s Redevelopment Area.</p>",
