The Support for Pregnant & Parenting Teens Program (SPPT) of New Haven Public Schools is seeking a vendor to provide a Young Filmmakers Summer Program. This project will provide teen parents with the instruction & training designed for self-expression, will help them develop marketable skills, and will expand their access to innovative educational opportunities. This project will provide a platform for teen parents to express their feelings, fears, challenges & efforts to live productive lives.
