Description

The City of Hialeah is renovating Bucky Dent Recreation Center and Gymnasium. This includes painting the interior of the building, including all walls, doors, ceilings, and other applicable surfaces. The selected Contractor shall be required to perform the work as part of a sequenced series of improvements to the building performed by other Contractors. This includes, but is not limited to: roof replacement, new impact windows and glass, new interior lighting, new drop ceiling, new hardwood basketball court, and new interior flooring. The Contractor shall perform the work between the sequence of work that is most appropriate to be determined by the City.
