Eastridge Loop Road Repair

Description

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair damaged concrete pavement at the Eastridge Transit Center. There are two areas that require repair: one at the entrance of Eastridge Loop, at Capitol Expressway, and one at the exit near Tully Road. Contractor will remove and replace the damaged concrete in the roadway and restripe the area that gets repaired. The Engineer’s Estimate for this Work ranges from $150K to $200K. Refer to Section 6.4 Time for Performance for the time limit to complete all Work.
