  "summary": "<p>2.1 Engineer, design, construct, and install new Hunter Douglas or Equivalent Designer manual screen roller shades (shearweave material) on all of the windows, for the 4th floors, window treatment to match 1st Floor.<br>2.2 There are 48 total windows on the 3rd floor (Approximately 80&rdquo; x 55&rdquo;).<br>2.3 Any and all existing windows with shades installed will need to be removed, including the hardware holding the shades in place.<br>2.4 Each roller shade is to have a manual chain (installed on one side of each individual shade) for up/down movement.<br>2.5 Each shade to be installed with a fascia.<br>2.6 Awarded contractor is to remove and dispose of any and all existing shades, and existing hardware.<br>2.7 Any patching, painting, or repairs to the inside of the building caused by this project, is the responsibility of the awarded contractor to be fixed (at no additional charge).<br>2.8 Installation of all hardware and the shades, to be done during the normal workday (8 am &ndash; 5 pm, Monday &ndash; Friday). No after-hours work (or weekends).<br>2.9 Color to be selected by Collier County Clerk's Staff from all available Hunter Douglass or Equivalent designs/colors, once a contractor has been awarded the project.</p>",
