Description

It is the intent of Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC), hereinafter named as Owner, to execute a contract between the Owner and Trash Boxes Supplier (“Supplier”) capable of providing the specified materials and quantities listed herein to the RBOC for events. The Rose Bowl Stadium is an 89,766-seat outdoor stadium and is the venue for UCLA home football games, the annual Rose Bowl Game®, international soccer games, large concerts and multi-day music festivals. The initial term of the contract is for one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2023, with two (2) one-year options to renew, at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer / General Manager with all terms and conditions of the initial term of the contract applying to any such extensions. Additional information regarding contract scope, terms and other conditions are contained in this RFP.
