The purpose of this Request for Information is to determine the extent of interest from private non-profit Agencies with the ability to develop an Innovative Model of Care (IMC) for Orange County Foster Care High Needs Youth. This IMC will consist of a sixty (60) to ninety (90) day residential individualized treatment model for foster youth exhibiting acute complex care needs with the goal of rapid stabilization to transition to a lower level of care.
