The City of Chesapeake (the “City”) is seeking a responsive and responsible bidder to enter into a three (3) year agreement to lease 4X4 or AWD SUV type vehicles as specified, which can be extended monthly up to 6 months as needed in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The quantity provided in this solicitation is estimated for bidding purposes, and the City reserves the right to order additional leased vehicles at the same price and terms of this solicitation.
