The Project involves extending the existing Nellie Drive approximately one mile from Chat Holley Road to US Highway 98 Contract Time: The contract duration is THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) days to substantial completion with an additional THIRTY (30) days for punch list completion.
