General work description: At the section of Loma Rica Rd between State Route 20 and Fruitland Rd, there are 15 culvert crossings on Loma Rica Road that require replacement. Four of the deepest culverts will have the option via bid alternates to either be replaced or lined with welded steel pipe and pressure grouted. The contract has two separate bid alternates. The County will award to the lowest bid of the alternate it selects.
