Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is seeking bids (each, a “Bid”) from qualified Bidders (each, a “Bidder”) to provide safety shoes (or equals). VTA has specific job classifications that require the employee to wear safety shoes while on duty. Approximately 800 VTA employess are eligiable to receive Saftey Shoes Vouchers on an annual basis. The successful Bidder would participate in a voucher exchange program and supply safety shoes to VTA employees in accordance with IFB P23073 Safety Shoes (Or Equals).
