The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor or Hauler) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation &ndash; only electronic bids submitted through the County&rsquo;s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. The County has determined that in addition to waste generated within the County of Orange that it has the capacity to accept limited Out of County waste within its disposal system. </span></span></p><p><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Default\">Bids shall be submitted on a per ton cost with a minimum bid amount of $82 per ton. Total initial tonnage available is 500,000 tons. Most qualified bidder with the highest bid will be selected. In addition to submitting a per ton bid, bidders shall include total tonnage they wish to procure of the initial 500,000 tons. If no single bidder agrees to accept all 500,000 tons, County reserves the right to select subsequent highest bidders until all tonnage is taken. </span></span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">Bidder is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the terms and specifics of the Model Agreement found in Attachment A</span></u></strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">.&nbsp; However, County has provided some general contract terms in the following sections in the body of this IFB for the convenience of Bidders.</span></p>",
