The Contractor shall provide custodial, graffiti removal, and snow removal at all areas within the RTD park-n-ride stations listed in these Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the requirements in these Technical Specifications. For this contract, RTD has specified an SBE goal of twenty percent (20%) for the work performed.
