The Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables is soliciting bids for the construction of the Phase 10, Cell 3 liner system at Dane County Landfill No 2 (Rodefeld). Phase 10, Cell 3 liner is an overlay system (overlaps onto the final cover of the existing landfill) of approximately 8.9 acres. The project generally consists of removing existing cover soils, installing geotextile and granular drainage aggregate, modifying existing landfill gas collection infrastructure, and constructing stormwater control infrastructure.
