The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible Clinical Psychologist (“Contractor”) currently licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Psychology to provide psychological assessment services according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation for up to a five (5) year period. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quote (“RFQ”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
