The transportation service aims to ensure the well-being and timely arrival of students at their educational institutions. 2. Service Overview: The student transportation service encompasses the following key elements: Routes and Stops: Designing efficient transportation routes and strategically located stops to minimize travel time and ensure accessibility for all students. Vehicle Fleet: Providing a well-maintained fleet of vehicles equipped with appropriate safety features and accommodating the specific needs of students, including those with disabilities. Trained Staff: Employing licensed and trained drivers who are experienced in managing student passengers and maintaining a safe environment throughout the journey. Safety Measures: Implementing strict safety protocols, such as seatbelt usage, regular vehicle inspections, emergency procedures, and adherence to traffic regulations. 3. Service Details: Transportation Routes: Developing optimal routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Routes will be subject to adjustments to accommodate changes in student population and traffic patterns. Daily Operations: Operating the transportation service on school days, following the school calendar and weather emergency schedule aligns with school start and end times.
