This sixty (60) month contract contains a provision for price adjustments (increase/decrease) at twelve (12) month intervals after the date of award and thereafter annually for the life of the contract, based on the average of the Producer Price Index "Asphalt Paving and Roofing Materials" not seasonally adjusted.
