The Proposer/Service Provider will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and incidentals necessary to provide State of Florida Licensed Plans Examiners and/or Licensed Construction Inspectors for services as defined herein for Seminole County. There will be two vendors awarded the agreement. The work will be distributed on a rotation basis. All line items must be bid to be considered.
