The Mission Springs Water District (MSWD or District) is currently seeking qualified and capable professional engineering firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection services on an as-needed or on-call basis for various Capital and Development improvement projects. The selected firm(s) shall be responsible for providing construction management services and overseeing all aspects of project inspection. In addition, the firm will serve as a reference and resource pertaining to questions regarding construction management and inspection principles, polices, and practices.
