***THIS IS AN ELECTRONIC INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB); ONLY ELECTRONIC RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED*** The County of Orange is requesting competitive bids for the One Time Purchase and Installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System, as more fully detailed in Attachment A, Scope of Work, in model contract. I. IMPORTANT DATES: Monday, December 11, 2023 – Bid opens Monday, December 18, 2023 – Q&A ends. Tuesday, December 26, 2023 – Bid ends. All Electronic Bids must be submitted on OpenGov Procurement on or before 4:00 PM (PST) II. COUNTY OBSERVED HOLIDAY: Christmas Holiday – Monday, December 25, 2023 ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA OPENGOV PROCUREMENT AND MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE BID CLOSED DATE AND TIME. NO EMAILED BIDS, HAND-DELIVERIES OR LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. Please see Project Detail section for downloadable documents to submit and Vendor Submission section to upload completed documentation requested. All changes or modifications to this solicitation will be issued though OpenGov.
