Should this occur, offerors must include plans for seamless partnerships between all parties, The District requires that the successful vendor start services immediately upon award to meet our Go-Live date requirement starting <strong>January 1, 2025. </strong>Services shall run from January 1 through December 31 for each contract year.</p>",
