Description

Purpose – The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors for Belvedere ES Parking Lot Improvements. The scope of work, per DSA approved plans, includes but may not be limited to the following: a) Demolition of existing asphalt paving, concrete walkways and curbs, non-compliant ramps b) Site clearing and fill, removal of all excess debris, grass and soil to an approved dump site. c) Construction of asphalt paving, concrete curbs and walkways, decorative metal fencing, drop-off zones, and accessible parking d) Installation of signage and ADA compliant ramps e) Improvement to surface drainage Please note that this work will require inspection and approval of a Division of the State Architect Inspector of Record.
