In order to provide a safe environment for spectators and residents during the annual New Year's Rose parade, the Police Department is seeking proposals to provide supplemental traffic control officers and Event Security officers (hereafter Event Security means both armed and unarmed Security Officers) to manage the annual New Year's Rose parade.
