CNG Fueling Station and Dispenser Project

Description
This project includes construction of a new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station in an existing parking lot located at the City’s Hopkins Road facility. Work includes but is not limited to: A. Site Work i. Trenching for electrical, mechanical, communication systems, and other ground systems ii. Excavation iii. Construction of concrete pads iv. Asphalt B. Electrical Installation i. Installation of new 1000 AMP electrical services ii. Installation of new parking lot lighting system iii. Installation of new equipment grounding system iv. Installation of new electrical equipment and systems to support CNG station v. Installation of electrical systems to meet Dominion Power requirements vi. Data and phone cabling, etc. vii. Utility Power (Dominion Power to be provided by the Owner) C. Mechanical Installation i. Installation of new compressor system, dryer and storage tanks (provided by Owner) – contractor is responsible for installation of equipment and related systems ii. Piping to CNG systems, including connections (equipment, dispensers, and other Owner provided equipment) D. Installation of fencing E. Installation of barricade F. Other requirements per the specifications and drawings
