Description
PROVISION CISCO SMARTNET MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENTS (ELA) SOFTWARE UPDATES, UPGRADES PATCHES, AND END TO END SUPPORT SERVICES FOR UP TO A SIX (6) YEAR PERIOD. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held at 11:00 AM/P.M. EDT on December 11, 2018, at 6th floor of the Environmental Center Conference Room, 1800 Limerick Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. Offerors who wish to join in via conference call must send an email to purchasing@alexrenew.com and provide your firm’s name and the name(s) of individuals participating in the conference call, dial 866-398-2885, and enter conference code number 9421186. While attendance at this conference will not be a prerequisite to submitting a proposal, offerors who intend to submit a proposal are encouraged to attend. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this RFP should be submitted in writing.
