Vendors are advised to read the instructions below and the attachment titled OCWR Solicitation Instructions, Terms &amp; Conditions for complete instructions.<br><br><strong>** Please register your company via the County&rsquo;s Official Bidding website prior to viewing or downloading this solicitation. **&nbsp;</strong><br><br>OC Waste &amp; Recycling is soliciting bids from qualified businesses for <strong>Hydroseeding Services</strong></p><p>All questions pertaining to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted through the County&rsquo;s Official Bidding site. Any County response relevant to this IFB other than through or approved by OC Waste &amp; Recycling Procurement Services is unauthorized and will be considered invalid.</p><p><strong>BE SURE TO READ THE OCWR HIGH-RISK SAFETY PACKET. REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN BY WINNING BIDDER WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF CONTRACT AWARD.
