GRTC seeks a qualified consultant to assist in the development of a revenue generating, corporate sponsorship-marketing program. The consultant will review GRTC's physical and intangible assets to identify potential marketing opportunities and estimate their value. Additionally the preferred consultant will develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to identify and solicit potential sponsors as well as negotiate corporate sponsorship agreements.
