The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, is soliciting bids to reconstruct Chestnut Street in the East Allegheny neighborhood between Spring Garden Avenue and Phineas Street. The work will include full depth reconstruction of the sidewalk, curb, and roadway, with the roadway surface constructed with new brick pavers. Ancillary work including ADA ramps, pavement markings, and other street improvements will be included.
