Description

The County currently operates two main fleet service locations: the Civic Center Garage and the Fruit Street Fleet Facilities. While these sites have supported operations for many years, they now face limitations due to aging infrastructure, constrained capacity, and operational inefficiencies resulting from their separation. In alignment with the County’s strategic plan to phase out these outdated facilities, an open lot behind the Data Center at 1400 S. Grand Avenue in Santa Ana has been identified as the optimal site for a new, consolidated fleet facility that will better support both current demands and future growth.
