Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of qualified firms to establish one or more fixed fee, open-end contracts for each professional service group identified below on an “as needed” basis for a one year period. The number of contracts for each group will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with a maximum of three per group. Offerors shall submit a separate proposal for each group they would like to be considered. The group number and title shall be shown on the cover of each proposal. Professional Service Groups: Group 1 – Cost Estimating; Group 2 -Construction Support Services; Group 3 - Traffice Signal Design.
