The work will require removal and replacement of existing pipelines, new pipeline installation, service tie-ins, trenching, backfill, sewer main rehabilitation using CIPP, sewer manhole installations, surface restoration, and coordination with UPRR. Because construction will take place within active public rights-of-way and in close proximity to residences, businesses, and transportation corridors, the project presents logistical challenges that demand strong field coordination, effective traffic control, clear public communication, and thoughtful sequencing. Successful delivery will require a contractor that can anticipate conflicts, minimize disruption, and maintain safe and efficient operations in a constrained urban environment.</p><p>All construction work must comply with the SACOG Green Means Go Grant requirements and must be completed before December 31, 2026.</p>",
