The City of Forest Park (the City ) requests Proposals from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services to work with an Engineering Firm in the Design and Construction of a new City Center for the City of Forest Park . Upon completion of a review and evaluation of proposals received, the City anticipates awarding a contract for pre-construction serv ices, and, at the City ’s discretion, a subsequent contract for construction of the new facility .
