It will have a strong data management, integration platform, and analytic capabilities, and it will allow for efficient and proactive management of clients spanning a range of human service programs, primary care medical services delivery, exchange of information with partners and systems, and predictive analytics to allow for outcomes tracking across programs, budgets, contracts, and grants.</p>",
