The general items of work include recoating interior surfaces and repairing exterior surfaces of a 3.9MG reservoir, miscellaneous structural/safety modifications, installation of a flexible expansion joint on the existing inlet/outlet piping, and installation of a new inlet/outlet pipe with a flexible expansion joint, altitude valve, rafter repairs, conduit and other miscellaneous work, Installation of cathodic protection are also included in the scope of work, however, after inspection of the tank floor, the City may decide to remove cathodic protection.
